1. Agreement to Terms

4.2 Content License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Financial Mindset grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of Financial Mindset or the respective licensors of the Content.

4.3 Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Financial Mindset or the Service is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit without any obligation to you.

5. User Content

5.1 User Responsibilities

When you submit, post, or display content on or through our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. This license is for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• Constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

5.3 Content Monitoring and Enforcement

Financial Mindset has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all content provided by users. Financial Mindset may remove any user content for any reason, including content that in our sole judgment violates these Terms or may be offensive, illegal, or violate the rights of any third party.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Financial Mindset, a Financial Mindset employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Financial Mindset or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Financial Mindset, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Financial Mindset, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. 11. Changes to Terms
